These are a truly great pair of shoes. The leather is soft and there was no awkward "breaking-in" time. They molded instantly to my feet and keep them happy on even the longest days. They are cute (I have received many compliments) and are wonderful for walking. I am new to Keen’s shoes, but I am a believer now–I have always scoffed at the price tag, but they are well worth the investment. I just ordered a second pair!

This is a sandal I would wear every day all year if I could. I couldn’t believe how great my feet felt after walking two miles in them. Highly recommend.

These are the best summer shoes to buy. They dry overnight and do not get a musty smell. The fit is great, my son’s feet are a bit wide and still fit well. He hates to wear shoes, but likes the Keens. They are easy for me to get on his foot with the velcro strap. I do not think the regular Keen Newports have the velcro strap, the H2’s are great for little kids (and big kids). A MUST BUY if you are looking for a shoe that can also get wet and have good support.

I purchased these because they looked low-profile to fit on my feet inside my playboat…and they do (great), but they also rock just kickin’ around the yard, town, playing in puddles w/ my kids…great Keen shoe.
Super comfortable, and so lightweight you can barely feel them. I want some more colors.

The Keen Venice H2 is a perfect solution for warm all-weather daily living. It’s lighter and airier even that the Newport. I wear mine all day from the beach to the jungle and don’t notice they’re on. The comfortable fit around the ankle eliminates the need to grip the toes and lets me walk naturally over rocks and everything else! The sole is solid and supportive without being heavy. In my book, Keen hit a home run with these!

I’ve owned my Men’s Keen Newports for over two years - three summers and now 3 days before Christmas in the third winter. Sadly I usually have to put them away for weeks at a time from January thru March, but even so I DO wear them off and on in the dead of winter. I am NOT easy on these either. I’m a pro photographer and very active in the outdoors of Washington and the Pacific Northwest. they see more than their share of salt water while kayaking and boating and climbing up and down rough terrain to "get the shot." Admittedly, when I’m not ‘out there’ my studio is next to my house so I wear them like slippers to "commute" across the garden and into the studio. They still look pretty good too, though I think I’ll be due for an additional pair this coming summer, though I see no reason to not continue to wear these for saltwater use.

One thing I should mention though is if you wear them barefoot continually, you will need to give them a soapy soak periodically because they will begin to stink ( documented by several of my friends also). But I’ll wear them with socks when it gets chilly (but not when it rains) during the fall and winter and washing is unnecessary. I’ll go for the Newports again.

This sandal is very nice to wear. The sizing is standard, the big toe is protected. When they get wet, it seems to take a while for them to dry out - so your foot stays wet a long time unless you take them off and let them dry before wearing again. The "Trooper/Surf Spray" is a nice color with jeans. I’ve gotten many compliments on these. I just washed them - in the washing machine as recommended - and am disappointed - they didn’t get clean, though I did use "delicate wash". I also see that a bit of the sole is peeling - I’ve only had these about 1 month. I have been thinking of getting a second pair because they are so comfortable, but I think I will wait and see if these last a while - they’re not cheap!

Keen should be proud - the Venice H2 is the only pair of shoes my dogs have NOT been able to chew apart! And they’ve tried!!! They are tough, have great tread, and unlike others, I do wear them with socks (I bought the black pair and wear them with black socks when it’s colder outside). The only thing I do not enjoy is when I walk through stones or pebbles, they sneak into the holes in the shoe and get caught underneath my feet. Otherwise, this shoe is worth the price because you will own them for years with no sign of wear, even if your dog chews on them.

Within two weeks of buying my first pair, I bought two more. A lot of people say to get a half size larger-I purchased my regular size and they were fine. I get a kick out of wearing my brightly colored shoes-they look so cheerful. From what I can tell these shoes are selling like hotcakes so I must not be the only one who really enjoys them. If you have plantar fascitis, these are pretty good support.
